So many women are afraid of being selfish. The fact is you need to be more selfish. Say what? Yep, you need to be more self-centered BUT not in the shadow way you have witnessed. Being “healthy selfish” allows you the ability to focus on your needs, take loving care of your precious heart, and open up to more love.
On this week’s episode of Midlife Love Out Loud I had the pleasure of interviewing Amy Elizabeth Gordon on Radical Self Care and how you can cultivate it so you can call in more love. If you want a more fun, joy-filled life filled with love, you’ll love the tips Amy Elizabeth shared.
